Every RecoveryMatch item is made to order. Please review the information below before purchasing so you know what to expect from production, shipping, and returns.

Made-to-order fulfillment

RecoveryMatch merchandise is produced by a third-party fulfillment partner after your order is placed. Most products are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, but production may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, product shortages, or for certain product types. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping times and costs

Available shipping methods, charges, and the estimated delivery window for your destination are displayed at checkout. After fulfillment, domestic shipping generally takes 1–8 business days and international shipping generally takes 1–20 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities or shipped separately. You might receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split during fulfillment.

International orders, customs, and duties

International orders may be fulfilled and shipped from a facility outside your country. Unless duties and taxes are specifically shown as prepaid at checkout, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Address changes and returned packages

Please confirm your complete shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again. Do not send an item to the return address printed on the package without first contacting us.

Cancellations and order changes

Because production can begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If production has already started, we may be unable to cancel the order or change its size, color, design, or delivery address.

Returns and exchanges

Because each product is made specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the entire item and the affected area
• A photograph of the packaging when shipping damage is involved

After the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Please do not return the item unless we provide return instructions.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated or the estimated delivery date has passed, please allow three additional business days for carrier delays. If the package still has not arrived, contact us. Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and any secure delivery areas before contacting us.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we process a refund, most financial institutions post it within 5–10 business days, although timing can vary by bank, card issuer, payment method, and location.
